On Sunday, December 7, JCC Greenwich and PJ Library will celebrate The Magic of Hanukkah with a special performance by The Great Zucchini, Washington, D.C.’s funniest and most magical entertainer for young children. The event will include a toy drive for new, unwrapped toys to benefit Chai Lifeline, whose mission is to restore the light of childhood to children and families facing pediatric illness, and craft tables run by the JCC Greenwich Teen Action Committee, where children and families will decorate lunch bags for Israel's largest food rescue network, which provides sandwich lunches for over 70,000 hungry children daily, plus much more!
For over 15 years, The Great Zucchini has been entertaining young children as a magician and preschool teacher. He performs a hands-on, interactive, comedy-magic show for more than 400 groups a year, including the White House Easter Egg Roll. Using the wonder of magic and silliness of comedy, The Great Zucchini will keep children on the edge of their seats and guaranteed to laugh!
