The Danbury Hatters captured their second consecutive FCIAC girls basketball championship this winter, and the team also led the postseason awards, with two hoops stars earning spots on the All-conference first team. Sisters Rachel and Rebecca Gartner each earned the top league honors, after leading the Hatters to a record of 22-4 in 2012-13.
