<a href="https://www.soundviewfcu.org/">SoundView Financial Credit Union</a>&nbsp;(SVFCU) will hold a free community Shred Day from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday, April 29 at its Barden branch, 200 Park Ave.
The free event is open to the public. Members of the Danbury community can bring up to four boxes of personal documents to be shredded.
Participants are asked to bring a non-perishable food item for Hillside Food Outreach.
