Call for local businesses to support Drink Pink & Ann's Place: raffle prizes needed!

The 8th Annual Drink Pink for Ann's Place will take place on Wednesday, October 25 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Bernard's in Ridgefield.

Hosted by Sarah Bouissou of Bernard’s, photographer, Kristen Jensen, and Kerry Anne Ducey, this festively "Pink" gathering is sure to warm your heart and empower your soul during National Breast Cancer Month. 

Live music, cocktails, nibbles (courtesy of 109 Cheese and Wine) and the color pink will be the backdrop for an evening of friendship and camaraderie that supports Ann’s Place, a local nonprofit organization that provides comfort, support and resources to people living with cancer and to their loved ones.

Any local business who is interested in making a donation toward toward the evening's raffle, please email Ridgefield@HamletHub.com. All proceeds will benefit Ann's Place. 

Present at the event and addressing attendees will be Dr. Valerie Staradub, breast cancer surgeon and Director of the Breast Care Program at Danbury Hospital.

Kristen Jensen will display her powerful photographic collection, "Faces of Courage" an absolutely beautiful anthology of pictures that tell a story of strength, courage and hope.

There will be a $20 admittance charge and each attendee will receive one pink ticket, good for a pink drink. Live music, raffle prizes, nibbles and pink beverages will make this a very memorable evening.
