Drink Pink Under A Rainbow Supports Ann's Place

A breathtaking rainbow and radiant pink sky greeted guests as they arrived at Bernard’s last night for the 8th annual Drink Pink event benefiting Ann’s Place. This truly set the tone for a night filled with promise, hope, joy, and friendship.

Attendees enjoyed live music courtesy of Bob Curiano, sipped pink drinks, and mingled with fellow Ann’s Place supporters, many of whom were cancer survivors.

Local photog Kristen Jensen shared her powerful photography anthology Faces of Courage, a silent reminder of friends and neighbors who have been touched by cancer.

It was wonderful to welcome Medical Director of Danbury Hospital’s Breast Cancer Program, Dr. Valerie Staradub to our event again this year. She is an advocate for Ann’s Place and a gifted surgeon who deeply cares about not just her patients, but the community at large.

Thank you to Bernard’s for hosting the more than one hundred attendees, 109 Cheese and Wine for the savory cheese and charcuterie platters, and to all of the local businesses and individuals who offered goods and services for our raffle.

In addition to the $20 door donation, our silent auction item donated by Allison Stockel the and many donations from local businesses and individuals raised needed funds for Ann's Place
