United Jewish Center of Danbury hosts The Maccabeats on November 6

On Sunday November 6 from 2-4pm the United Jewish Center of Danbury will host a special community concert featuring The Maccabeats - Premier A Cappella. 

The Maccabeats have entertained and inspired hundreds of audiences around the world, from Alabama to New Zealand and everywhere in betweeen. Using nothing more than the unadulterated human voice, a clean cut presentation, and a little Jewish humor, this unique group of singers is able to connect with fans of all ages.   

The Maccabeats originally formed in 2007 as a Yeshiva University's student vocal group, the Maccabeats have recently emerged as both a Jewish music and a cappella phenomena, with a large fan base, more than 20 million views on YouTube, numerous TV  appearances, and proven success with four albums. The Maccabeats perform an eclectic array of Jewish, American, and Israeli songs. They've played to thousands of sold out crowds at synagogues, jazz clubs, conventions and theaters across five continents. And President Barack Obama has invited them to the White House.

Special VIP reception, 2:00pm.  You will meet and greet the Maccabeats while enjoying some light refreshments. $36 per person. (VIP Reception attendees will also receive preferred seating at the concert. You must separately purchase a $20 concert ticket.)

Everyone attending the concert must have a ticket. Tickets for children 10 and under are free with a paid adult ticket purchased. Children 16 and under, must be accompanied by a paid adult.
