Maressa Gershowitz to talk about her photography at Danbury Public Library

Photographer and Danbury resident Maressa Gershowitz will host informational sessions at Danbury Library on Monday, Nov. 16, from 10 to 11 a.m. and Tuesday, Nov. 17, from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. to discuss her work and answer questions about her new exhibit. Each session will be free and open to the public, as is the photo exhibit.

The show, “Through the Windows – Looking for Yourself,” which runs until Dec. 6, demonstrates Gershowitz’s attentiveness to the details of everyday life as seen through windows of cars, trains, airplanes and buildings. Some of the photos depict views seen from inside looking out, while others were shot from outside looking in.
