The Election Attitude blitz: author makes the local circuit

Many Americans believe we should be able to vote on the Internet. Danbury resident, Internet pioneer, and author, John Patrick is their voice.

John Patrick's newest book Election Attitude , now available on Amazon, is off to a strong start! "The topic and the timing are ideal," Patrick remarks.

August 31: The Ridgefield Playhouse beginning at 8:00 pm (book signing/sales in conjunction with Capital Steps)

September 8: Founder's Hall at 11:00 am

September 21: Ridgefield Library at 7:00 pm.

September 22: 850 Degrees Wood Fired Restaurant at 5:30pm*

October 4: Danbury Hospital Auditorium at 6:30 pm

*This is a fundraising event for the RVNA. 850 will donate 15% of all sales from 5:30 to 9:00pm to the RVNA. John Patrick will donate 100% of book sales to the RVNA.


 

 Election Attitude is about adopting a mindset that encourages politicians and voting officials to begin Internet voting pilots which can lead to voting from our smartphones. "The result will be a stronger democracy," he says.

The book is now available on Amazon and has been deemed a "Recommended" read by The US Review of Books. "The arguments for online voting are thought provoking, and the author presents them cogently," they declare, adding, "The book is intelligent and informative". Read the complete review here.
