Run or Dye on Sunday, October 1
WestConn Recreation will host the "Run or Dye" Fun Run at noon at Ives Concert Park on the university's Westside campus, 43 Lake Ave. Extension in Danbury.
The course is approximately three miles long and features numerous color stations along the way. The first 100 people to pre-register will receive a free T-shirt and dye packet. Registration is free for WestConn students with school I.D.
The cost is $10 in advance and $15 on the day of the event for the public.
Event day registration and check-in will begin at 10:30 a.m.; the race begins at noon.
