Trailer Box Project Kicks off Holiday Celebration

Danbury, CT – Trailer Box Project will present its third annual “Trailer Box Project Holiday Extravaganza,” an exhibition of works by eleven local artists, opening on Saturday, December 9th, with a reception at 4:00pm. The exhibition will be accompanied by a display of artist-made ornaments. One hundred percent of ornament sales will be donated to Ann’s Place in Danbury, Connecticut.

Artists Antonio Carvalho, Chris Durante, Jim Felice, Dave Gesualdi, Frank Kara, Bob Keating, Megan Marden, Janice Mauro, Mark Savoia, Cathy Vanaria, and Dayna Wenzel will present a selection of small works in the Trailer Box Studio Gallery through January 20th, 2018.

Trailer Box Project, a project space and gallery in Danbury, Connecticut is dedicated to assisting groundbreaking artists in sharing their concepts with the public. Sculptor Jim Felice founded the project to foster an environment of generosity, both for the artists that exhibit there and for the surrounding community.

Ann’s Place, a compassionate non-profit serving Connecticut and Hudson Valley, provides people dealing with cancer and their families with counseling, support groups, wellness activities, and educational resources. There is absolutely no charge for the use of their facility and services.

 

Members of the general public are invited to attend the opening reception on Saturday, December 9th from 4:00pm to 6:00pm at Trailer Box Project, 15 Great Pasture Rd, Unit 15 in Danbury.
