Dunkin Donuts says, "Thursday, September 29 is the special day, and we’re excited to announce a special National Coffee Day offer that ties to our brand’s long coffee heritage and history. To celebrate our 66 years of keeping people running with our signature coffee, on September 29 we will be serving medium-sized cups of hot coffee for only 66 cents."
