City of Danbury Invitation to Bid

Sealed Bids will be received by the Purchasing Agent of the City of Danbury at the Purchasing Agent’s Office, City Hall, Danbury, CT until 10:00 A.M. on Thursday, February 15, 2018  for Bid  #11-17-18-01  “Landscape Maintenance Services at Various Downtown Locations”.

A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on Tuesday, January 30, 2018, at 1:30 PM in the Purchasing Department, 2nd Floor, City Hall, 155 Deer Hill Avenue, Danbury, CT.  It is the responsibility of each potential bidder to be present at that time.  Information presented may be very informative; therefore, all potential bidders shall attend in order to enhance their understanding of the City’s requirements and be able to better prepare acceptable proposals.  Failure to attend will result in disqualification of bidding.
