Thomas C. Maher, 54, of Danbury, formerly of New Fairfield, passed away on Sunday, October 23, 2016 at Bethel Health Care. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, October 27, 2016 at 11:00 AM at St. Edward the Confessor Church; 21 Brush Hill Road, New Fairfield. Interment with military honors will follow in Mountain View Cemetery, New Fairfield. Friends will be received on Thursday morning from 9:00 to 10:30 AM at Jowdy-Kane Funeral Home; 9 Granville Avenue, Danbury.
