We met Hunter, a purebred Akita rescue dog, outside of Pet Valu on Mill Plain Road in Danbury today. He is presently up for adoption at New Fairfield Sherman Animal Welfare.
This beautiful dog is 1¹⁄² years old and has only been a shelter resident for a week!
In addition to being docile, Hunter is charming and oh so handsome.
