Gordon Norman Smith, 71, of Danbury, died on Friday, December 8, 2017 at Danbury Hospital. Mr. Smith was born in Girvan, Scotland, February 22, 1946, son of Lawrence G. and Mary (MacDonald) Smith.
A resident of Danbury, Mr. Smith was a technical writer in the field of engineering. Funeral services will take place on Friday, January 5, 2018 at 2 PM in St. James' Episcopal Church, 25 West St., Danbury.
Interment will be private. Jowdy-Kane Funeral Home, 9-11 Granville Ave., Danbury is in charge of arrangements.
