Sarah and Matt Rink of design-build firm New Antiquity have been named interior architects for Nod Hill Brewery by co-owners Rob and David Kaye. “We are delighted to work with the Kaye’s on this very special project”, say the Rinks. Before founding New Antiquity, Matt grew up in the trades, while Sarah was the display coordinator at Anthropologie in Westport CT.
Both Alfred University Fine Art graduates, they launched their careers online by setting up their first shop on Etsy, selling affordable, custom handmade furniture.Sarah and Matt quickly honed their unique style, swiftly advancing to creating architectural millwork packages in both wood and metal for companies in Boston such as Oath Craft Pizza, the Grommet, Global Organics, Squeeze Juice, Night Market, and more. Local clients include Market Place in Danbury and Prime Pub in Bethel. Appealing to all ages and genders, the couple enjoys using rustic and natural materials in line with their keen eye for craft. Their business model is centered around working with companies that are willing to “work both ways”, in the sense that they enjoy working in a collaborative environment.
