City of Danbury Public Hearing to discuss Water Pollution Control Plant Nutrient Reduction Facilities Plant

Notice is hereby given that the City of Danbury will hold a Public Hearing to discuss the Water Pollution Control Plant Nutrient Reduction Facilities Plan. This planning effort is related to the upgrade and rehabilitation of the City’s water pollution control plant.

Said Public Hearing will be held on September 29, 2016, at 7:00 PM in the City Council Chambers at City Hall, 155 Deer Hill Avenue, Danbury, Connecticut 06810.

A copy of the Facilities Plan is available for review at the following locations:

  • Town Clerk’s Office – located at Danbury City Hall (open Monday – Thursday from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM)
  • Public Works Director’s Office – located at Danbury City Hall (open Monday – Thursday from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM)
  • Superintendent of Public Utilities Office – 53 Newtown Road - Bldg 3, Danbury, CT (open Monday – Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM)
  • Danbury Library – 170 Main Street, Danbury, CT 06810 (open Monday & Tuesday 10 AM to 7 PM, Wednesday 1 PM to 7 PM, Saturday & Sunday 1 PM – 5 PM)
