Keeping Norwalk Warm ... Person-to-Person Annual Coat Drive

During the cold weather, our clients need coats, hats, gloves, boots and scarves. To help meet that need, Person-to-Person is collecting new and gently-used winter coats and jackets at the Norwalk location (76 South Main) now through November 7.

So if you have jackets and coats you no longer want or need -- or your children have outgrown their outerwear from last year -- please consider bringing them to P2P for distribution to your neighbors in need. You may also want to organize a coat drive at your school, house of worship or place of business.

Conducted annually, this event is gratefully anticipated by people in the community who count on being able to find winter coats and jackets for their children and themselves.

For more information, contact the P2P Community Outreach Manager Ed Kearns -- edkearns@p2pHelps.org | 203 621-0703.

The Annual Coat Drive is sponsored by Beiersdorf, the global skincare company with corporate headquarters located in Wilton, and conducted in coordination with the City of Norwalk / Office of the Mayor.
