Bridgeport Rescue Mission is in need of turkeys!

The Bridgeport Rescue Mission gives out hundreds of thanksgiving meals every year in an event they call The Great ThanksGiving Project.

Thanksgiving day is nearing and this philanthropic organization is desperately short of turkeys. Can you help?

Bridgeport Rescue Mission volunteers explain, "Witness for yourself the relieved smiles of parents, the delighted eyes of children and the grateful faces of the lonely as they are presented with everything they need to prepare a home cooked Thanksgiving dinner.  Hundreds of volunteers help by forming Turkey Teams and donating turkeys and fixings for more than 4,000 families."

Be part of The Great ThanksGiving Project and provide families in need with a Thanksgiving they will never forget!

If you would like to help, please email DRomano@BridgeportRescueMission.org or call 203-333-4087, ext. 116 for details.
