The Wreaths Across America ceremony will be held at noon on Saturday, December 16, 2017 in Darien’s Spring Grove Veterans Cemetery. Members of Darien’s VFW Post #6933, Darien High School’s Support Our Soldiers group and Darien’s Monuments and Ceremonies
Commission will be collecting wreath sponsorships on October 21, at Darien Doughnut from 9:00 to 11:30 am; and at Goodwives Stop and Shop from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.
Collections will continue on Sunday, October 22, at Noroton Heights Stop and Shop from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm. Wreath sponsorships will also be collected at Mama Carmella’s Deli on Saturday, October 28 and Saturday, November 4, from 8:00 am -2:00 pm. and at Palmer’s
Market on Sunday, October 29 and Saturday, November 4, from 9:00 am to 1:30 pm.
Wreaths at $15.00 each can also be ordered directly from Wreaths Across America, with the Group ID Code of CT0007 and Location Code of CTSGVD noted on the check/order form so that wreaths arrive at the Darien location. The mailing address is: WAA P.O. Box 249
