The Darien Nature Center will be having local restaurants duke out for the title of "Best Chili" at their 2nd Annual Chili Challenge. If you love nature and a good bowl of chili then mark your calenders for Saturday, September 20 from 7 p.m to 10 p.m and don't miss out on the spicy event!
Good weather is expected so there's no reason not to join in the excitement! The band Gunsmoke will be performing and put on a great show. And if that's not thrilling enough, anyone feeling daring can give it their best on the Mechanical Bull! Just be careful, don't want a belly full of chilly when you decided to take on the bull!
