Alan Kalter is Master of Ceremonies at Stamford's Thanksgiving Parade this Sunday!

This Sunday, November 23rd, Downtown Stamford will be filled with giant balloons, floats, clowns, and marching bands for the UBS Thanksgiving Parade! The parade begins at 12 noon and will be lead by Parade Grand Marshall Governor Malloy. This year’s Master of Ceremonies is Alan Kalter from The Late Show with David Letterman.

The parade is sure to delight all. Sixteen giant balloons are scheduled to make their way down the parade route including Big Bird, Kermit, Mr. Potato Head and this year’s new balloon, Shrek. Marching bands, dance troupes, clowns and many more will be taking part in the parade.

We have visited this parade for the last few years, and it is always a fun event that my entire family enjoys. Be sure to dress warm and bring your camera. It is a great parade.  To see more photos from past years, please click here
