Dr. Sarah Kahn presents Final Lecture in Stamford Hospital’s Spring Med-Ed Series at New Canaan Library "Current topics in Gastroenterological Health and Disease"

Stamford Hospital's spring Med-Ed lecture series at New Canaan Library wraps up the spring session on Tuesday, June 2 with a lecture by Dr. Sarah Kahn, "Current Topics in Gastroenterological Health and Disease." Dr. Kahn will present the lecture at 6:30 PM in the Adrian Lamb Room. This lecture and the entire series is co-sponsored by the New Canaan Chamber of Commerce.

In her practice, Dr. Kahn diagnoses and treats a wide variety of gastrointestinal disorders. She will review the evaluation process, the types of diagnostic testing and/or procedures used, and the various treatments, which may include dietary and lifestyle modification or medication.

Deena Ebright, MD, general internist and Med-Ed Program Director, aims to provide the public with a unique series that mimics the medical school experience. Stamford Hospital’s board certified physicians speak about medical and health topics in an informative, collaborative manner and in a language everyone can understand. This lecture is free and open to the public but registration is required, online at newcanaanlibrary.org.
