New Canaan's 50th Annual Village Fair and Sidewalk Sale will be held Saturday, July 18th from 9-5, Rain or Shine! The fair offers local residents and regional visitors an action packed, bargain filled, entertaining, and delicious way to spend a summer day in one of the most charming towns in Connecticut. Elm, Main and Forest Streets will feature 125+ vendors, including 25 new to New Canaan merchants offering incredible deals and unique products. So that's shopping, family fun, eating as well as ongoing live entertainment.
A new highlight of the fair this year will be the “Raveis Cam” thanks to our sponsor, William Raveis Real Estate, which will have a drone flying overhead to capture all the fun from above. There will be entertainment on either end of Elm Streets in all shapes and sizes with the featured attractions courtesy of Karl Chevrolet , the YMCA of New Canaan, and Kempo Academy of Martial Arts . Additional entertainment will include The Great Scirico, who will mesmerize kids with magic tricks and balloon animals courtesy of People’s United Bank, Amazing Face Art as well as The Town Band and The School of Rock will delight with music for all ages. Bankwell in New Canaan will once again be bringing the “Money Machine”. Stamford Hospital will be on- site at Sidewalk Sale with their Mammogram Van located in the Train Station parking lot from 9AM - 2PM. Appointments recommended but walk-ins are welcome.
