Understanding ADHD From the Inside Out

Westport-based nonprofit Smart Kids with Learning Disabilities and the Westport Public Library invite parents and educators to hear nationally recognized author, activist and motivational speaker Robert Tudisco, Esq. on Monday, November 14 at 7:00 - 8:30 pm at the Westport Public Library, 20 Jesup Rd., Westport.

Tudisco will discuss new perspectives on ADHD from his own and his clients' experiences: why kids with ADHD do what they do, common myths and where they come from, and his views on medications and other interventions.

Robert M. Tudisco is a practicing attorney and adult diagnosed with ADHD. Tudisco has written extensively on special education law, disability advocacy, and ADHD in the criminal justice system. He is a leading voice in the ADHD community and a frequent media resource on ADHD-related topics for CBS News, ABC News, The Today Show, CNN, and the BBC, and a contributor to the New York Times Magazine and ADDitude Magazine.
