Rowayton Arts Center Announces Winners of the "Expressions" Exhibit

Rowayton Arts Center announced the winners of the "Expressions" exhibition. Award Winners:

Best in Show: Peter Kinseley of Rowayton won Best in Show and won the Mavis Fenner Memorial Award of $250.
