Fairfield Library exhibit "Circle of Care" spotlights pediatric cancer

The non-profit organization Circle of Care will have on exhibit in the Kershner Gallery in Fairfield’s Main Library a series of 22 photographs and texts that illuminate the struggles and triumphs of children who have pediatric cancer. There is a reception tonight, June 22, but the exhibit will be on display through Thursday June 25 whenever the library is open.

The focus is not on the disease but on the children and their character.

Circle of Care's mission is to provide immediate and ongoing peer support to families of children with cancer. Our programs are designed to provide families with everyday essentials to ease the burden of hospitalization, facilitate research and communication with family and friends, brighten a sick child’s room, and generally support the family through the difficult days following a cancer diagnosis.
