Chip's T-Giving Day Breakfast for Op Hope: Nov. 26

Fairfield, CT - Chip’s Family Restaurant in Fairfield will host a Thanksgiving Day breakfast on Thursday, November 26, with all proceeds benefiting Operation Hope of Fairfield. The family-friendly restaurant, located at 525 Tunxis Hill Cutoff, will offer buttermilk pancakes, two eggs, bacon or sausage, coffee or tea for a fixed price of $12.00 per person. No reservations are required. Breakfast will be served from 6:00am-11:00am.

“Once again, Operation Hope is deeply honored and grateful to Chip’s for its generosity and community spirit. Many thanks to Chip’s owner George Chatzopoulos, manager Adam Bajko and the staff at Chip’s who are donating their time and energy to supporting this event,” says Carla Miklos, Executive Director, Operation Hope. Local businesses are invited to sponsor a table for $50.00. Your business name and logo will be displayed on each table sponsored. For information, please contact Operation Hope at 203-292-5588 or Carla Miklos, Executive Director, at cmiklos@operationhopect.org.

“Given that most of us will enjoy a bountiful meal with friends and family, there is no better recipient of the proceeds on this special day. The reality is there are many in our community who are not as fortunate and we are hoping this will help our neighbors in need,” says Adam Bajko, manager, Chip’s Family Restaurant, Fairfield.

“What a wonderful way to start the holiday that’s all about family, friends and food. We encourage all our neighbors to join us. While we are feasting, please know that we are helping those most in need,” says Phil Palmieri, Operation Hope Board Chair.

The mission of Operation Hope is to provide the opportunity for individuals and families to experience transformative change.  By addressing basic needs for food and shelter, as well as offering long-term solutions to hunger and homelessness, including affordable housing, life skills training and personalized clinical support, we help people reach their potential in an environment where compassion inspires dignity and hope.
