Fairfield Resident Sherry Thorne Joins KEYS Board

Fairfield/Bridgeport, CT -- KEYS (Kids Empowered by Your Support), which provides free music instrument instruction to Bridgeport, CT students, welcomes Fairfield resident Sherry Thorne to the KEYS Board of Directors.  

Sherry is President of The Agape Foundation, and has been its president since the inception of the organization in 2005.  She is a Women's Bible Study teacher and facilitator, serving for more than 20 years.  Sherry also served as Former Director of Women's Ministry at Black Rock Church, Fairfield, CT.  She is also a Former Board member of the Pregnancy Care Center in Cincinnati, OH, and an active volunteer in numerous capacities.  

Sherry holds a liberal arts degree and a business degree from the University of PA and the Wharton School respectively. A piano student for the past ten years, other interests include reading, live theatre, Pilates and fitness. KEYS is excited to have Sherry Thorne as its newest Board member. 

KEYS’ mission is to bring one-to-one instrument lessons and group music instruction to underserved inner-city children in Bridgeport, CT who have no other access to this empowering life experience.
