Family & Children's Agency to Mark 75 Years at Benefit, May 19

Norwalk, CT -- Family & Children’s Agency (FCA) will commemorate 75 years as an organization at its annual benefit, themed IMAGINE, in Norwalk.

Co-chaired by Maria Wilcox and Audrey Andrew, both Board members from Wilton, the event will be held at The Longshore Pavilion at Norwalk Cove, Friday May 19th.

The benefit will highlight the Agency’s accomplishments and honor two college scholarship recipients, and will also feature Tim Luke, author and certified auctioneer from PBS’s Antiques Roadshow, as the Master of Ceremonies and Auctioneer.

“We are truly excited to host this year’s event in Norwalk after 10 years. To celebrate our 75th year in the community where we have made the most impact is a full-circle moment for our Agency and our supporters,” said Robert F. Cashel, FCA’s President & CEO. “As we reflect the success of seventy-five years, we look forward to inspiring more champions of our work, and to remain responsive to the changing needs of our community and positively impacting the lives of families who need it most.”

Sponsors and attendees can expect a fun, yet informative evening that connects guests with others who share a passion for strengthening families in Fairfield County, and who are interested in learning more about one of Norwalk’s most respected nonprofits.

The event will feature live entertainment from ETA Music and is expected to bring in 300 attendees from surrounding towns. Last year’s event, which was attended by Mayor Harry Rilling and Senator Richard Blumenthal, raised nearly $300,000 to support Agency programs.

Family & Children’s Agency welcomes community businesses and individuals who are interested in becoming IMAGINE event sponsors. For more information on sponsorship opportunities, please contact Janina Serrao, Director of Development or visit the agency website.
