Edward Burtynsky & Helen Clark Talk at WAC, Oct. 8

On October 8, from 6 - 8pm, the Westport Arts Center will host a champagne reception and discussion on key environmental issues
with photographer Edward Burtynsky and the Honorable Helen Clark.

World class photographer, Edward Burtynsky, is best known for his remarkable photographs which explore the intricate links between industry and nature and find beauty and humanity in the most unlikely of places. His work is included in the collections of over 60 major museums around the world.
 
The Honorable Helen Clark is the Administrator of the United Nations Development Programme, which helps to build nations that can withstand crisis, and drive and sustain the kind of growth that improves the quality of life for everyone. Helen Clark is the former Prime Minister of New Zealand.
