Ever wondered what it would be like to be a fashion model? Would you like to give it a whirl for an evening at the Jennifer Butler Fashion Show this fall? Why not enter “Model Lotto” at Fairfield Public Library? Fill out a ticket at the circulation desk at the Main location, 1080 Old Post Road, or the Fairfield Woods Branch Library, 1147 Fairfield Woods Road. Tickets will be drawn on September 1 and two winners will wear an original Jennifer Butler design and walk the runway at the Fall Fashion Show on Thursday, September 17. The Main Library’s periodical room becomes a fashion gallery that evening as Butler’s fall line is unveiled.
Jennifer Butler is Fairfield’s own fashion designer with a studio at the Sportsplex building. She is a great supporter of the Fairfield Public Library and has been generously donating the proceeds from her fashion shows to the Library for several years.
