Learn How to Make Organic Fresh Milled Wheat Bread

Fairfield, CT - The Fairfield Public Library, 1080 Old Post Road, is hosting a tasty program on Saturday, February 27. Its What’s Cooking Series is presenting a class on making your own organic, fresh milled wheat bread in the Rotary Room at 2 pm.

Colleen Bell has been milling her own bread since 1990. She will explain the benefits of milling your own flour and demonstrate how to do it. She will then share a blue ribbon wheat bread recipe. Bring your apron and participate in this hands-on presentation. All participants will leave with a sample to bake at home.

Advanced registration is required due to the limited space and supplies. All programs at the Fairfield Public Library are free of charge.
