NPT to Stage Peter Pan: Reimagined

Fairfield, CT -- Riding on the heels of New Paradigm Theatre’s sold-out “Oliver-Reinvented” production last year, NPT will continue its collaborative approach by producing the beloved musical “Peter Pan” in FTC’s Warehouse space.

The show focuses on the idea of “stimulating a child’s imagination so they can benefit the world”, which aligns nicely with the goals of NPT’s Premier Non-Profit Partner this year, KEYS (Kids Empowered by Your Support). KEYS' mission is to enable one-on-one instrument lessons and group music instruction to underserved inner-city children. 

Young people from lower Fairfield as well as youth from KEYS will participate side by side with Broadway professionals to create this production of Peter Pan. Emmy and Oscar winner Paul Bogaev will again be the musical producer, as well as play the part of “Hook”! 

As partnerships between the non-profit and for-profit worlds continue to form in order to tackle social challenges from all sides, this type of "collective impact" production has become increasingly relevant and a vital component of a community.
