CLASP Homes Fundraiser at FTC, Oct. 20

Westport, CT - Join CLASP Homes of Westport for a Night at Studio 54 with Band Together at the Fairfield Theatre Company on Friday October 20.

Band Together founders Jerry Vigorito and Rob Fried will bring you a dance and funk show channeling the popular New York nightclub Studio 54 and the “scene” from the 1970’s and 80’s made popular by Stevie Wonder, the Jackson Five and made current with songs from Bruno Mars and Pharrell Williams. Along with Jerry and Rob, this show features Jean Marie Rivera, Sheila Fabrizio, Nick Bielo, Eric Kalb and Tim DeHuff.

Your pre-concert evening begins at 6:30, with lite bites from some of our areas most popular restaurants — 55 Wine Bar & Wood Grill and Little Pub, included — and offers you the opportunity to help CLASP help its community of men and women with autism and developmental disabilities.

Enjoy the delicious snacks, take the opportunity to win an array of gifts, restaurant gift certificates, original art, a gold and diamond ring, comedy show tickets and much, much more!

CLASP provides housing and employment for 85 people in group homes and apartments in Westport and many surrounding communities — and for less than 50 percent of what the state requires to provide similar services. Yet CLASP, like all community service organizations, is increasingly challenged to meet these needs in the face of declining public support.

Come. Enjoy a great band with a big sound in an intimate setting. Support CLASP’s mission. All funds raised directly support the nonprofit and its programs.

“The feel good nature of the Band Together thing is indescribable” The New York Times.
