FAIRFIELD, CT - Get a jump on holiday shopping and support a good cause by visiting the 4th annual Holiday Pop-Up Market at the Fairfield Museum and History Center. Many popular vendors will be on hand to showcase their wares during this two-day shopping extravaganza. The event, presented in conjunction by the National Charity League’s Fairfield Chapter and the Museum, will take place on Friday, November 3 from noon to 4 p.m. and Saturday, November 4 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
“The Holiday Pop-Up Market transforms the Museum into a thriving marketplace,” said co-chair Suzanne Goodrich. Items for sale include quality-handcrafted jewelry, unique fashions for women, men and children, tasteful hostess gifts, accessories, home décor, cosmetics and more. The Museum Shop will also be open, offering locally-made items, Fairfield-themed gifts and a variety of toys, books and accessories.
Pop-Up Market vendors are contributing to special Market Baskets, which will be won by lucky shoppers. A suggested donation of $5 per adult includes one ticket for a chance to win, with additional tickets on sale for $5 each or three for $10. Names will be drawn Saturday at 3:30pm. Winners do not need to be present to win.
