Local Residents Appear in 'It's A Wonderful Life'

Fairfield, CT - Fourteen local residents will appear in The Clan na Gael Players of Fairfield's presentation of Joe Landry’s radio show version of ‘It’s a Wonderful Life,’ November 16, 17 and 18 at 8 pm and November 19 at 2:00 pm at the Gaelic American Club, 74 Beach Road in Fairfield.

This beloved American holiday classic comes to life as a live 1940s radio broadcast. With the help of an ensemble that brings a few dozen characters to the stage, the story of idealistic George Bailey unfolds as he considers ending his life one fateful Christmas Eve.

The cast includes Fairfield residents Steve Bennett, Eileen Fickes, Barry Halpin, Valerie Huegel, Pat Lane, Dan O'Callaghan, Lila O'Callaghan, David Pirrie, Jillian Plomin, Karol Plomin, Max Plomin and Patrick Plomin; Southport resident Helen Loughrey; and Easton resident Ally Flaherty.
