On FRI, AUG 29 @ 8PM, PETEY HOP & THE JACKRABBITS, featuring the CT BLUES SOCIETY REVUE will perform a free concert at the Levitt Pavilion, 40 Jesup Road, Westport.
Petey Hop & the Jackrabbits will have you rockin' & rollin', hoppin' & boppin' all night long thanks to his blistering blues sound that combines rock 'n' roll, roots and old-school country music. Petey's originals are powerfully written, musically intriguing and downright fun to listen to. During his career, Petey has performed on the main stage at Carnegie Hall and jammed with members of Guns N' Roses. Most recently he has been busy promoting his latest album, "The Levee". Released in 2012, "The Levee" reached #1 on the Roots Report for radio airplay. It was produced by Grammy-nominated Blues guitarist Duke Robillard, who shared: "To those who don't know [Petey] yet, you will soon!"
