Nutrition Program @ Fairfield Library, Tues. April 22

Learn the components of an optimal diet with nutrition expert Dr. Barry Kendler. He will discuss commonly consumed foods that can be problematic for certain people, especially focusing on "wheat belly" and "grain brain drain." He will weave the hard science of nutrition into usable and easy to understand information you can apply to your diet. This Wellness presentation will take place on Tuesday, April 22 at 7:00 pm in the Rotary Room at Fairfield's Main Library, 1080 Old Post Road. Registration is requested.

Kendler, MS, PhD is a professor of Nutrition at the University of Bridgeport Human Nutrition Institute. He is a Fellow of the American College of Nutrition (FACN) and a Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS). He lectures to nutritional and medical audiences and has published in numerous peer-reviewed biological and nutrition journals.
