How To Tell If You're Fertile, Or Not - RMACT has answers.
Age is not an accurate or reliable predictor. Please don’t assume that because you are under 30 or 35 or 40, that having a baby will be a slam dunk. I am not trying to scare you. Still, we see a fair amount of 25 year olds who have fertility problems and don’t know it until they are trying to conceive and it doesn’t occur quickly or easily.
Regular menstrual cycles may or may not mean that you are ovulating regularly. Without ovulation, conception cannot occur. Even if you do get your period regularly, you (or your friends) may be having other problems that don’t prevent you from menstruating but will prevent you from ovulating or conceiving.
Your mother, your grandmothers, your sisters, your cousins and distant relatives may have gotten pregnant at the drop of a hat (not how you get pregnant, by the way) and that does not mean that you will. Or your friends will.
These are just a few of the things that do not prove fertility.
