Ready to nail down that great summer job? Gain some valuable life skills and credentials? If you're a strong swimmer and 15 years or older, sign up for the upcoming Red Cross Lifeguard Certification Course at the Westport Weston Family Y.
The course will take place April 5-6 & 12-13, 10 am – 5 pm each of the four weekend days.
This Red Cross lifeguarding course emphasizes practical lifesaving skills and job-related responsibilities. Lifeguard Training, Standard First Aid and CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer are included.
The fee is $325 for Y members; $350 for non-members. Participants must be able to attend all dates and times. Please bring a bathing suit and a meal or snack.
