Legendary drummer and inventor of the "Purdie shuffle," Bernard Purdie, will perform with his band at the Westport Arts Center on October 5th, from 3-5pm. Purdie has been creating rhythms since he was 6 years old and now is described as having the "funkiest soul beat" in the business!
