Gift Making Workshop @ WHS, Dec. 13

The Westport Historical Society offers its annual holiday gift making workshop with WHS Education Director Elizabeth Devoll on Saturday, December 13th from 10:45am – 12:45pm. The Westport Historical Society is located at 25 Avery Place (across from the Westport Town Hall).

The best gifts are the ones home-made and WHS has got a great selection to make for people of all ages. Gifts include retro snow globes, organic wreaths, vintage building blocks and cookie cutter ornaments among others.

“There is great joy in making something where you infuse your own creativity and love into the gift and then give it to someone you care about. It’s truly a gift that you can feel good about giving," says DeVoll. Spend the morning with at WHS, stroll through the new exhibit Saugatuck@Work, visit the vintage rooms and see all the great new Westport signature items in the Remarkable Gift Shop.

Enjoy the pleasure of gift giving with something hand-made. Each item is $5.
