Fairfield, Conn. – The Fairfield Chamber of Commerce is happy to announce that its new member, Wild Birds Unlimited Nature Shop, has scheduled its official ribbon cutting for Friday, March 10th at 11:00am.
Chris Petherick, owner of the new Wild Birds Unlimited of Fairfield, CT is thrilled to note his new business is definitely for the birds. The nature shop carries fresh, high quality birdseed and other bird food, bird feeders that carry a lifetime warranty and gift and other nature-inspired items.
“There is nothing better than starting the day by watching all the gorgeous birds – big and small – chowing down at your backyard bird feeder. It’s a few moments of zen before life takes over,” said Petherick. “We know this community is full of nature and bird lovers and we are excited to share with them the hobby of backyard bird feeding. The ribbon cutting will kick-off the grand opening over the weekend, on March 11th & 12th. Raffles, raptors and more make this a celebration suitable for the entire family. Grand opening activities include:

First Selectman Tetreau will preside over the ribbon cutting ceremony which begins at 11:00am. Everyone is cordially invited to attend the ceremony to help celebrate their official opening.
