Westport, CT -- As part of Westport Historical Society’s “Saturday with the Society: Family Workshop Series” children, ages 6-12, and their families can spend Saturday morning March 18 with WHS’ Education and Programming Director, Nicole Carpenter, creating thread and nail art to celebrate Craft Month while learning about the history of women and folk art. Children will also take part in cooking a snack to be enjoyed after their artwork is complete. The event will run 10am-11:30am.
