New Meyer Jabara Team Members are Leading The Journey
Meyer Jabara Hotels (MJHotels) recently welcomed brand new employees to the Stamford Marriott Hotel and Spa to be immersed in the company culture: Leading the Journey.

MJHotels believes that their company culture is not a destination or a human resources program of the month, it’s a journey. “It is a collection of all the small actions and big strategies, the monumental decisions and the minute interactions which make up each day,” they explain.
While at the Stamford Marriott Hotel & Spa, the employees were trained to accept the gift of empowerment and responsibility for providing superior customer service and differentiated repeatable experiences hotel guests.

Owners of Meyer Jabara Hotels, Ridgefield resident Richard Jabara, and partner William Meyer, are celebrating 40 years of Meyer Jabara Hotels and Leading the Journey.
Leading the Journey is a management system coached by the renowned author, consultant and speaker, Dr. James Belasco and Thought Leader, Terri Tucker. According to MJHotel management, The Journey culture is a learning culture. “Several times each year, the entire leadership team of Meyer Jabara Hotels, gathers to learn new applications for constant improvement,” they say.
