Troop 98 Cub Scouts Help Pequot Library with Fall Cleanup

Southport, CT – Three members of The Bear Den, and their fathers, helped rake leaves from Pequot Library’s Great Lawn before Saturday October 18th's 17th Annual Art Show Fundraising Gala. Donning work gloves, sneakers, and shorts, the Troop 98 Den, from Mill Hill School, worked diligently clearing autumn leaves dropped by Pequot Library’s many trees.

Den Leader Paul Jacobson said, “The Troop wanted to give time back to the community. Pequot Library is the center of the community in Southport. We are glad to help out in this way.”
