Red Mango Marks Nat'l Oatmeal Day with $2 Bowls

FAIRFIELD, Conn -- Fairfield’s yogurt and smoothie café, Red Mango, is celebrating National Oatmeal Day on Wednesday, October 29th and offering bowls of warm, freshly made and hearty oatmeal for $2 that come with a variety of toppings for every taste and palate.

Red Mango is located at 1955 Black Rock Turnpike, Fairfield, right near ShopRite, and is open seven days a week: Monday to Friday 7am - 10pm, Sat 9am - 10pm, Sun 10am - 9pm. In addition to oatmeal, Red Mango is now offering refreshing and delicious fresh-squeezed juices that offer health benefits that are ideal for people on-the-go.

“With the leaves changing colors, and the cooler weather, we’re excited to be expanding our menu and offering our customers steel-cut oatmeal bowls complete with toppings which is not only satisfying but very tasty,” said Red Mango owner, Rose Lamba. “Our new freshly-squeezed fruit juices are made to order, and are a perfect way to receive vitamins and nutrients while drinking something that is full of exciting taste that nourishes the body and convenient.”

Red Mango’s freshly-squeezed juices are blended with fresh fruit and vegetables including kale, spinach, beets, carrots, apples, celery, ginger, kiwi, pear pineapple, lemon and much more! Additionally, Red Mango is also home to 30 smoothie choices, and also make custom smoothies.

Red Mango, which arrived in Fairfield earlier this year, has award-winning frozen yogurt – that is filled with calcium, protein and live & active cultures that are good for you. Unlike other desserts that contain artificial ingredients or excessive calories, Red Mango frozen yogurt is all-natural, nonfat or low-fat, kosher and certified gluten-free. Red Mango also offers 21 flavors of frozen yogurt including Greek yogurt, and unlike other yogurt stores, Red Mango’s yogurt average between 10 to 45 calories per ounce.
