Fairfield, CT -- On Saturday, August 13, from 10am-2pm, Fairfield Museum & History Center, at 380 Beach Road, Fairfield, will host "Fly In", with a lecture at 1pm.
Celebrate the 115th anniversary of Gustave Whitehead's historic Fairfield flight! A replica of his No. 21 "Flyer" will be on display, and HobbyTown USA Fairfield will give aerial drone and aircraft demonstrations.
At 1pm, Susan Brinchman, author of Gustave Whitehead: First in Flight, will give a virtual presentation regarding his many contributions to modern flight.
