Fairfield, Conn. – The Fairfield Chamber of Commerce is happy to announce that its new member, Organika Kitchen, has scheduled its official ribbon cutting for this Monday, August 29th, at 5PM.
Organika Kitchen proudly presents a menu offering of organic, vegan, gluten & GMO-free meals, from their plant-based kitchen. From protein bowls, salads, and soups, to smoothies, cold pressed juices, and acai bowls to gluten free pasta, pizza, and healthy unrefined dessert treats, all made in house. Organika Kitchen boasts a wonderful selection, of tasty and delicious meal items for everyone looking for clean functional foods.
Owner Gino Riccio, not new to the restaurant world, has been in this industry for over 25 years and started with Quattro Pazzi Café, Fairfield, CT. Organika Kitchen is currently open for lunch and dinner – and will open for breakfast soon.
The ribbon cutting will begin promptly at 5PM, and everyone is invited to attend the ceremony to welcome and help celebrate their official opening.
